1. Acceptance of terms
By using nishaprime.com's services, you agree to be fully bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using our services immediately.
2. Service description
nishaprime.com provides web hosting, domain registration, dedicated servers and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with prior notice.
3. Acceptable use
Using our services for the following is prohibited:
- Publishing content that violates Saudi and international laws and regulations.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
- Sending spam or engaging in electronic fraud.
- Any activity that harms other users or the company's infrastructure.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Payment and billing
All prices are stated in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable after the service has been used, except in cases of complete service outage caused by our negligence.
6. Service suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of this agreement. The user may also cancel their subscription at any time by contacting the support team.
7. Limitation of liability
nishaprime.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our maximum liability in all cases shall not exceed the fees paid during the month preceding the incident.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and software associated with nishaprime.com are the private property of the company and are protected under the applicable intellectual property laws. Copying or redistributing them without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy policy
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy which forms an integral part of this agreement.
10. Amendment of the agreement
We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email. Your continued use of the service after an amendment notice constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the provisions of the E-Commerce Law and the Anti-Cyber Crime Law of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the application of this agreement.
